Rev. Jesús E. Purisaca RuizBorn in Jayanca, Peru, Pastor Jesus immigrated to the USA in 2003 to marry his now wife. He is a lawyer in his native Peru. While working for the Minneapolis Public Schools as a bilingual Associate Educator he attended Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN and received a Masters of Divinity in 2013. He is commissioned as a provisional Elder (i.e. Pastor) in the United Methodist Church, Minnesota Annual Conference and serves as a part-time pastor for this new church plant in South Minneapolis.
